Sea-salt and Sesame Twist (Serves: 2)


  • 2 pcs Kawan Paratha
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Sea-salt


  1. Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
  2. Remove paratha from freezer. Discard the plastic films and leave to thaw.
  3. Cut paratha into 1 cm strips.
  4. Twist each strip and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Roll them on sesame and sea-salt mix.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
