Recipe — Sesame
Sea-salt and Sesame Twist (Serves: 2)
Ingredients: 2 pcs Kawan Paratha Toasted Sesame Seeds Sea-salt Methods: Pre-heat oven at 180°C. Remove paratha from freezer. Discard the plastic films and leave to thaw. Cut paratha into 1 cm strips. Twist each strip and set aside to rest for 5 minutes. Roll them on sesame and sea-salt mix. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
