Light and Easy Triangles (Serves: 2)
Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Kawan Paratha
- Herbs and Spices of your choice
- Salsa Dips (or other choices of dips)
Methods:
- Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
- Remove paratha from freezer. Discard the plastic films and leave to thaw for approximately 10 minutes.
- With fork, perforate the paratha surfaces.
- Cut paratha into triangular wedges and place them on baking tray.
- Sprinkle with herbs and spices and pat gently to ensure the herbs and spices adhere properly.
- Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with choices of dips as snacks.
