Terms and Conditions: BOOMtastic Toast Art Challenge Contest

BOOMtastic Toast Art Challenge contest is organised by Kawan Food (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Eligibility:

• - The BOOMtastic Toast Art Challenge contest is open to ALL Malaysian participants aged 18 and above with valid MyKad.
• - Employees and immediate family members of Kawan Food are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

• - Create your most creative toast art with Roti Boom.
• - Share it on your Facebook or Instagram.
• - Tag us @kawan_food on Facebook or Instagram.
• - Add #KawanFoodMY #RotiBOOMtastic
• - Like the contest post and follow @kawan_food on Instagram or Kawan Food on Facebook.

Contest Period:

• - The BOOMtastic Toast Art Challenge contest runs until 7 June 2024 at 23:59:59.
• - Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Winner Selection:

• - All eligible entries received during the contest period will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of judges selected by Kawan Food.
• - Winners will be selected based on the creativity of their entry and adherence to the entry requirements.
• - The decision of the judging panel is final.

Prizes:

• - Prizes will be announced after 10 June 2024.
• - Winners will be announced on Kawan Food’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
• - Winners must contact Kawan Food via direct message on the respective social media platform to arrange the collection of prizes
• - Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• - If the winner fails to respond to the direct message within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible or in violation of the contest rules, an alternate winner may be selected based on the next highest-scoring entry.

Prize Claim & Delivery:

• - All Prizes will be processed for delivery to the winners within six (4) to eight (8) weeks from the Contest Period end date: 7th June 2024. The Organiser shall use its best efforts to arrange without delay, but reserves the right to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

Public Profile:

• - Participants must ensure that their social media profile is set to the public during the contest period for entry visibility.

Usage of Entries:

• - By entering the contest, participants grant Kawan Food the right to use their entry for promotional purposes.

General Conditions:

• - Kawan Food reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
• - Kawan Food reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice.
• - Participants agree to abide by all applicable social media platform rules and guidelines.
